This signed agreement is to act as a sales receipt and spay/neuter contract. It is to prove that you, the BUYER, has paid for said puppy described on this receipt. Permanent ownership of this puppy is contingent upon your compliance with this agreement. Your puppy is being sold to you as a pet/companion, not as a breeding dog. It is your responsibility to have your puppy/dog spayed/neutered. This puppy is being sold with either ckc or AKC limited registration. This means NO BREEDING RIGHTS are given. Your aca or AKC registration application will not be given to you until written veterinary proof is sent to the above seller's address that the above stated Siberian Husky has been altered. Proof of the spay/neuter surgery must be received by the BUYER and sent by mail or scanned and emailed to Abstract huskies within fourteen (14) days after the surgery. Most puppies can be spayed/neuter at 6 months old, or after receiving all 3 vaccinations to complete series. In the event that the dog's health does not allow this agreement to be honored, Abstract huskies must be provided with a statement from your veterinarian that this puppy is not yet in physical or emotional condition for surgery. Based upon the veterinarian's evaluation of this puppy the buyer (YOU) will contact the veterinarian and establish the earliest date that the procedure can be performed. The BUYER will notify the BREEDER (Abstract Huskies ) of this amendment in writing at which time all other conditions of this agreement will apply and be enforced. It is the responsibility of the BUYER, not the veterinarian, to ensure that Abstract huskies has received verification that the surgery has been performed. Failure to comply with this agreement by the date below, unless otherwise agreed to in writing, will be considered a breach of the contract, and BUYER will pay to transport this dog back to Abstract Huskies and will not be entitled to any refund. Buyer must send veterinarian's proof of spay/neuter or invoice bill with the veterinarian's state license number and his/her signature for verification to Abstract huskies, as soon as the surgery has been completed and must be before the date listed below.By my signature below, I agree to have this puppy spayed/neutered by no later than 6 months, or 24 weeks on

_____/______/_____, and I understand that this spay/neuter agreement is an agreement that this puppy will not produce a litter of puppies either as purposely bred or by accidental breeding. Accidental breeding is considered neglect and the puppy/dog will be returned to the breeder and all puppies born from any breeding, accidental or otherwise, will become the property of Abstract Huskies and at no cost to the owners of Abstract Huskies. You also agree that should puppy not be spayed/neutered by the above stated date, that BUYER will return said puppy back to Artic Angels with no refund of purchase price or deposits, or that Abstract huskies has the right to seize said puppy back from the buyer.

*Buyer's Initial_______ Seller's Initial's:_______Should you breed the above stated Siberian Husky whether male or female, you agree to pay Abstract huskies $1500 in damages as well as attorney fees and court costs for breeding when NO BREEDING RIGHTS were given. In this case, if a litter is born, all puppies will revert to Abstract huskies care. If the above stated Siberian Husky should ever sire a litter, the above said buyer agrees that they are responsible in paying Abstract Huskies for all expenses in retrieval of the puppies that have been littered.If the conditions of this contract are not adhered to, the BREEDER has the right, and the BUYER agrees fully, to the repossession of the above stated Siberian Husky with the AKC papers at any time, at no cost to the breeder, Abstract Huskies. It is understood that these conditions are set forth for the welfare and protection of the puppy, buyer, and seller involved. Failure on the part of the buyer to comply with this contract will render the buyer liable to the breeder for the cost thereof including but not limited to: attorney fees and expenses, liquidation damages/damages to the breeder's name and reputation, time, trouble, and mental duress.
