PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Abstract Huskies Health Guarantee

A. To the best of Abstract Huskies the knowledge, said puppy is in healthy and sound condition at the time of sale. Buyer has 48 hours from the time of delivery/pickup (excluding weekends) to qualify for BUYER's health guarantee. If your puppy in the opinion of a licensed Veterinarian has a life-threatening illness, making it a poor health risk, Abstract Huskies will provide the BUYER a refund or Exchange for a future puppy, upon return of puppy and all papers. The Vet's documents must include date of examination, symptoms, testing and requires a second opinion from Abstract Huskies Veterinarian before any refund/exchange takes place.

B. Deworming/Shots: All of our dogs and puppies are treated regularly for fleas and worms, however puppies need to continue treatment in order to prevent them from recurring. Your puppy has received a series of de-worming according to vet recommendations. This has been documented in his/her health record. It is very important that the pup continues to be dewormed. It is advised that you ask your veterinarian about a follow-up schedule on deworming. Abstract Huskies will NOT pay any future vet bill after puppy is in your care. BUYER is required to give, or have a licensed veterinarian, administer the remaining puppy vaccines in series to said puppy, parvo and distemper vaccines must be given on dates of health record, following first vaccines provided by BREEDER. Each puppy has been given first dose of Heartworm Preventative (Ivermectin) which is needed to be continued monthly, (regardless if your puppy is inside or outside). Each puppy is also given age appropriate vaccines before leaving Abstract Huskies, Combination Vaccine (5-way booster*without leptospirosis) at 6 & 9 weeks . Your puppy has been dewormed (Nemex 2) and a naturally dewormer at 2, 3, 4, and 6, 8 weeks and will continue to receive deworming until puppy has be placed in new home! Health records are provided to BUYER at time of pick-up. If BUYER fails to continue vaccines as stated above, the parties agree that any health guarantee will be considered null and void. Keep shot records from your vet, or receipts from purchase of shots.

C. Health guarantee does not cover any parasite, internal or external as this is a treatable condition. This guarantee only covers life threatening conditions. It is important not to overwhelm your puppy the first few days he has come into your home. Stress can cause intestinal problems, including but not limited to coccidia. The breeder does not guarantee against conditions brought on by stress or environmental changes that we cannot control once the puppy leaves our care. We do our very best by breeding healthy dogs in mind, body, and temperament. We do have all of our dogs checked out by our vet before a breeding takes place. Hip problems and other defects are unpredictable in all large dogs and any of them (regardless of the breed) may begin to show some signs of difficulties as they get into their older years. It is a known fact, that genetics are not the only cause of these factors. Food, environment, and activity play an important role in the health of your puppy/dog.

D. If the BUYER is ever charged or convicted of animal abuse or cruelty by an state, local, federal agency, or the AKC, or is convicted of violating any AKC rule or regulation, the buyer forfeits all rights to this Siberian Husky and will immediately remand custody of this Siberian Husky to the BREEDER along with the AKC papers at no cost to the breeder. If the breeder gets word or feels the puppy/dog is not being cared for properly, the breeder has the right to go and check on the above stated puppy. If the breeder feels the accusations are true(the puppy/dog is not being properly cared for), upon seeing the above stated Siberian Husky, the husky will be immediately remanded custody to the breeder at no cost to the breeder.

 
E. Under no circumstances is this puppy ever to be sold, leased, or given away to a pet store, laboratory, research facility, or animal shelter. Abstract Huskies does not want their pups in rescue of any kind. If you can no longer keep the above stated puppy, the breeder must be the first to know.

F. Refunds/Returns: If for any reason, the buyer is no longer able to care for the puppy; before or after he/she has been spayed/neutered, we will be glad to take it back (if we have room) at no charge or help you place in a permanent home. There will be no refund.( Abstract Huskies will ALWAYS get the first right to buy back before puppy is 4 months. And we would also like to be notified after 6 months if you are rehoming the dog.) Any money placed on a puppy is non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason, unless otherwise stated, in this contract.

G. Changing your puppies food may cause your puppy to get upset stomach and loose stool. This can lead to dehydration and illness for your puppy. Please make sure to mix the new food with your puppy's regular food and ease it into the new, to lessen the chance of any of this your puppy has been eating 4th health Puppy food. This agreement sets forth the entire agreement between parties. This agreement may not be changed, altered or amended except in a writing signed by both parties. I, the undersigned buyer have read, understand and agree with all of the terms and conditions set forth in this sales contract with Abstract Huskies.
